For custom arrangements, 2–5 days notice is preferred. Larger events and weddings should be booked as early as possible to ensure availability.

Can I request specific flowers?

Absolutely! I will always do my best to include requested blooms. However, flower availability changes seasonally and some varieties may need to be substituted.

Will my arrangement look exactly like the photos?

Every arrangement is uniquely designed by hand, so no two pieces are exactly the same. Your arrangement will reflect the chosen style, color palette, and overall feel.

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery availability depends on the date and location. Delivery fees may apply.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes! Pickup instructions and address details will be sent in your confirmation email after ordering.

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If certain flowers are unavailable, substitutions of equal or greater value will be used while maintaining the overall style and color palette of the arrangement.

Can I include a card message?

Yes! You can leave your card message during checkout and it will be included with your order.

Do you offer custom event florals?

Yes! Franny Florals offers florals for weddings, showers, parties, concerts, school events, and more. Use the inquiry form to schedule a consultation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Custom floral orders require advance purchasing and preparation. Because of this, cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup or delivery may be non-refundable.

How should I care for my flowers?

Keep flowers in fresh water, away from direct sunlight and heat. Change the water every 1–2 days for the longest vase life.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major payment methods accepted through the website checkout.

Do you make corsages and boutonnieres?

Yes! Prom, wedding, and special event wearable florals are available seasonally.
